ABOUT THE 1-MONTH TRIAL SERVICE OF PREMIER LEAGUE

1. What is the 1-month Trial Service of Premier League?

The Service is a trial service which allows you to watch the Premier League on Now TV Channel 621 for 30 days from the date of successful registration and activation on mobile devices with specific operating systems.

2. How can I enjoy the Trial Service?

Registration is required. You may access the registration page via free621.nowtv.now.com. You have to enter your name, mobile number and email address. An SMS containing a one-time-password will then be sent to you. By entering the password on the redirected webpage, you can activate your 30-day Trial and start watching the Premier League on compatible mobile devices.

3. Is the Trial Service only available to Now TV customers?

No. The Trial Service is available to the public.

4. Why can’t I complete the registration process?

  • a. Please check the information you have entered. All fields are mandatory.
  • b. If you encounter a ‘Server Busy’ message, please retry later.

5. What should I do if I didn’t receive the password SMS?

You may click ‘Re-send Password’ on the activation page.

6. What should I do if I wrongly input my mobile number during registration?

Please register again with a valid and correct mobile number that enables you to receive the password SMS.

7. Can I register more than one Trial Service with my mobile number?

No. Only 1 Trial account can be registered for each valid mobile number.

USE OF THE 1-MONTH TRIAL SERVICE

8. Do I have to download a specific mobile application to watch the live channel?

No. The streaming programme will be shown on the default video player of your device.

9. Do you offer commentary audio in English or Cantonese for Trial Service? Can I switch audio during the streaming?

Both English and Cantonese commentaries are available. The default audio language is English. If you would like to switch to another audio language, please use the bottom menu inside the streaming player to switch commentary audio.

10. Why has my streaming stopped?

  • a. Please check your mobile/ Wifi connection to ensure a stable internet connection for video streaming.
  • b. To avoid unnecessary consumption of mobile data usage, each streaming session will expire in 4 hours. Please re-login to continue.

11. When will my Trial Service expire?

It will expire after 30 days from the date of your first login (i.e. upon successful activation of the service with the one-time-password).

12. Can I register for the service again after my Trial Service has expired after 30 days?

No. Each mobile number can only be registered once for a Trial Service.

13. I didn’t use the Trial Service after registration. Can I register again for another Trial Service?

No. The Trial Service period ends after 30 days from the date of your first login (i.e. upon successful activation of the service with the one-time-password), regardless of any lack of usage from the first login date. Each mobile number can only be registered once for a Trial Service.

14. Can I use the Trial Service on another mobile device apart from the one I registered?

Yes. You can login with your registered mobile number and password and use the Trial Service on another compatible mobile device.

15. What should I do if I have forgotten my password?

You may click ‘Re-send Password’ on the login page.

16. Can I use the Trial Service when I am out of Hong Kong?

No. The Trial Service is only available for use in Hong Kong.

17. Can I use the Trial Service on my Personal Computer (PC)

No. The Trial Service only supports mobile devices running on iOS (version 7.0 or above) or Android (version 4.0 or above) with Chrome or Safari web browser.

18. Why can’t I view Premier League after registration by entering a correct password?
